This project included the full removal of the existing terra cotta roof system and installation of a new 24-gauge standing seam metal roof. The scope featured new insulation, tapered nailboard for proper drainage, flat seam wall panels, and prefinished metal infill at dormers and vents. Field-soldered stainless steel transition saddles, finished in Kynar to match the roof system, provided a seamless and durable aesthetic. The completed system delivers exceptional weather resistance, energy efficiency, and a 50-year warranty for long-term performance.
