This project utilized a symmetrical standing seam metal roof system installed directly over the existing shingle roof, eliminating the need for tear-off and minimizing disruption to operations. The 24-gauge steel smooth-finish panels were paired with custom aluminum trims, snow retention, and ventilation components to ensure long-term performance and weather protection. The result is a high-efficiency metal roofing system that delivers modern durability while extending the service life of the existing structure.
