Bayard Rustin High School

This project featured a complete roof restoration utilizing a symmetrical standing seam metal panel system installed over an existing shingle roof with no tear-off required. The shingle recovery approach provided cost and schedule efficiencies while enhancing long-term weather performance. The scope included new aluminum soffits, fascia, box gutters, and snow retention, along with selective deck replacement and trim upgrades for a clean, durable finish.
